Police in Mississauga, on Friday, arrested a young man, who tried to return a phone he had bought from a store, but the seller refused and called the police.

According to one of the owners of the nearby shops in the mall located at 2594 Shepard Avenue, Mississauga, the owner of the shop dealt with the situation in an unfriendly way, which increased the tensions between him and the young man, who used to utter insults.

When the policeman came, he tried to arrest the young man, who resisted the arrest and was subjected to electric shocks, although he was not armed, according to eyewitnesses.

Several people posted the video via social media, however, no further information has been available so far.

A post on social media seems to blame the cellphone store owner. He wrote “By far the worse cellphone store, owner fights with almost every customer, every other day there is police there. This place needs to shut down. Watch out for the owner he is a cheat and lies and fraud…”
