The closing ceremony to celebrate the the Egyptian Heritage month in Ontario July 2020
The Canadian Egyptian Heritage Association (CEHA) organized Sunday evening a closing ceremony to celebrate the great success of the Egyptian Heritage month in Ontario last July and to honor the volunteers who left no stone unturned to render this special occasion a success.

The event was held with the participation of MPP Sheref Sabawy, Deputy Consul General, Dahlia Abdel Fattah, as well as a number of leading figures in the Egyptian community, Egyptian Canadian businessmen and media men.
In her speech, the Egyptian diplomat thanked MPP Sheref Sabawy for his great efforts in passing the Egyptian heritage month bill (106) in the parliament and laying the foundation for Egyptians to celebrate July every year.
She also hailed the efforts exerted by CEHA in organzing several virtual events and it’s long term vision for the generations to come and keeping strong bond between Egyptians and their Motherland, underlining the Egyptian State support through HE Ambassador Ahmed Abu Zeid and Consul General Houssam Moharam, in addition to Minister of Emigration & Egyptian Expatriates Affairs, Nabil Makram.
