and served as CEO until its acquisition by RIM in 2011.

More about guest speaker Marc Gingras:
Marc Gingras is a serial entrepreneur. He founded Tungle Corporation in 2006
and served as its Chief Executive Officer until its acquisition by Research In
Motion in 2011.
Previously, he served as Vice President of Product Management and Marketing
at Nimcat Networks, Inc. until its acquisition by Avaya in September 2005. Marc also served
as a venture capitalist with Innovatech Montreal,
where he oversaw investments in numerous telecommunication and software
companies.
He is actively involved as a board member with Sopar, a non-for-profit organization focused on
helping the poor in India. Marc holds an INSEAD MBA, a Masters degree in
Management Sciences from the University of Waterloo, and a Bachelor degree in
Mechanical Engineering from the University of Ottawa.
