Please note that the news conference with the Canadian Olympic Sprint Canoe team will be held at 4pm (not 4h30pm) on August 3rd.
The athletes will be training on the water from 2h30 to 3h30pm prior to the news conference.
Media using the LOCOG transport should know that the last bus back to the media shuttle back to the MPC is 5pm.

Note the following media availability for athletes competing on August 6th:
Adam van Koeverden and Mark Oldershaw will available for in-person interviews on August 3rd. As of August 4th they can do phone interviews only. August 5th is closed in preparation for August 6th competition.
Hugues Fournel and Ryan Cochrane will be available until end of day August 4th.
All other athletes will continue to be available.
The first day of racing includes heats AND semis for the men’s 1000s and the women’s 500s are on the same morning, with about 80 minutes in between. PLEASE NOTE that coaches will be available for interviews between the heats and semis and the athletes will ONLY be available after the semis.
