Acces Employment rolling out two IKEA Canada training programs.
The IKEA Canada Customer Experience training will offer:
Free online 5-day customer service program for newcomers with lived refugee experience (any status in Canada is eligible, CLB 5+).
It will provide customer service excellence certification, language coaching, financial literacy training and 21st century future skills.
Upon completion, participants will continue to receive one-on-one coaching as the program opens doors to mentorship, internships and job opportunities with IKEA (or elsewhere) across all Canadian provinces.
The next session will take place from Jan 25 – 29, 2021 from 9:00 am – 4:00 pm online with a one-hour lunch break. Here are the links to the upcoming two information sessions below:
